After calling C.R.C. BUILDERS to do work on my home, They are now and will forever be my go to for any construction services. From the moment I called the office the staff was very helpful and polite while scheduling my appointment. the estimator was very professional and knowledgeable, project management was amazing and ended up finishing earlier than expected. I’m extremely pleased with their professionalism and craftsmanship the way that they treated my home as if it was theirs. Highly recommended to anyone in need of their services.

Chris did an excellent job on the remodel, and everything was completed on time with great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend CRC Builders.

We hired CRC to build a much needed addition to our small home. Matt was our first contact, and made a great impression for the company, from the start. We were not quite sure where to start with our house. He was super friendly and listened, and was able to help us figure it all out.
Once the project began, things moved crazy fast. Jayme, our project lead, was extremely attentive and responsive throughout. In the planning phase, there were some details we failed to notice and some things we forgot to include, but Jayme paid close attention and made sure there were no issues. He had thoughtful solutions to any problems that arose, and was receptive and open to additional things we requested along the way.
Whenever we requested to add something, Dustin got back to us quickly with a breakdown of cost so everything could keep moving. Our 300sqft+ addition was finished in well under 2 months, with no budget surprises.
CRC's guys are professional, quality focused, and efficient, and I don't think it could have possibly been more stress free working with them. Highly recommend!

After interviewing several contractors, I chose CRC Builders and it was absolutely the right decision. Not only was their professionalism unmatched, but their pricing was also the most competitive by far.
They completely transformed my home, including a full kitchen remodel that involved new cabinets, countertops, a backsplash, and a beautiful new island. They also removed a wall and tray ceiling, completely opening up the space. In addition, they updated my bathrooms and sunroom, removed all popcorn ceilings, retextured the ceilings throughout the house, replaced outdated carpet and tile with seamless LVP flooring, updated lighting and painted the entire interior. The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the project.
Jayme, Crystal, Matt and Dustin kept me informed every step of the way, answered questions promptly, and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. It's clear that the whole CRC team takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.

10/10 We had an excellent experience working with CRC Builders on our kitchen renovation. Every aspect of the project from electrical and plumbing down to the countertops and backsplash was done with, professionalism and attention to detail. What really stood out to me was their communication- clear, consistent and honest from start to finish. We always knew what to expect, timelines were explained clearly, and questions we had were answered promptly. That level of transparency made the entire process feel smooth and stress free. Everything came together beautifully and the quality of work and craftsmanship was exceptional. Not only am I recommending CRC Builders to friends and family but I would also, without hesitation work with them again for future projects in our home, and I'm sure we will. Thank you Chris, Matt, Dustin, Jayme and Cliff, you all were a pleasure to work with.

CRC Builders is the BEST!!! We are so grateful for the whole team at CRC Builders. Partnering with A1 Movers to lift the house, we could not be happier with the results of the full house renovation after the damage from Hurricane Helene. The house looks amazing!! Huge shout out to the team at CRC…Chris, Monique, Jayme, Matt, Zollo and all of their great subcontractors. They know how to get it done, obtain all the permits, and their quality of work is extremely high. We HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

CRC DID A FANTASTIC JOB REPLACING MY FRONTDOOR IN A TIMELY MANNER IN PROFESSIONAL MANNER, AND DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. WHICH IS UNUSUAL FOR CONTRACTORS. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WE'LL CONTINUE TO USE WHENEVER I NEED WORK DONE. CRC IS FANTASTIC.

After Hurricane Helene, I spent months trying to find someone to fix up my house. I was fortunate enough to find CRC Builders while working my job. I walked in and asked if they could do the job? Chris said yes and the rest is History. I found out they are top notch. They kept me informed both verbally and with pictures during the process. Since I was living out of town at the time, it was very comforting to be updated on their progress. Jayme, the Project Manager was also great to work with. He was always available to answer questions, keep me ahead of schedule on what needed to be purchased for the next stage and went out of his way to get me in touch with the best places to get items that were needed. They put my house back together in a very short period of time, went over and above to make sure everything was right. We ( my wife and myself) could not be happier with the results. In fact we are looking to add a screened in porch on the back of the house and plan on having CRC Builders do the job. If I could add more stars, I would. My heartfelt thanks to CRC Builders, Chris and Jayme and the crew!

Working with CRC Builders has been the best renovating experience we've ever had. We hired CRC to renovate 3 bathrooms and a kitchen, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, they were completely honest and transparent about every detail. They offered thoughtful suggestions and smart alternatives that not only improved the final design but also helped keep the project within budget.
Communication was continuous and clear throughout the project. All members of the crew were extremely responsive and always professional, reliable and genuinely kind. They were respectful of our home and added the unexpected touch of housekeeping a time or two toward the end of the job. Any time I asked for something to be modified, they went over and above with their time to revise or search for alternatives. CRC's response was always that they wanted us to be happy with the work.
Overall, we highly recommend CRC Builders to anyone looking for an honest, skilled and communicative contractor. Chris, Monique, Cliff and Matt exceeded our expectations in every way and we are incredibly grateful for the outstanding work they did. It's no wonder they earned the Tampa's Best "Gold Winner" for General Contractor 2025!
With sincere thanks and warmest regards,

When we decided to completely change our shower and toilet, we got quotes from three contractors. We heard good review about CRC from a neighbor who has used them recently. Now that they have completed the work, we are so happy that we reached the right contractor. Throughout the construction work, they stayed on top of the status of the work. They communicated with us constantly. If there was a delay or mistake, they immediately informed us and did quick course correction. They were available and stayed in touch thru messages and calls. Every one of the service professionals who worked on the project were very professional and pleasant. They came on time and never wasted time on unnecessary discussions. We are so happy we selected them.

Chris and his team did an amazing job with my home. They have remodeled bathrooms for me before and did a great job. The latest project was installing a new oversized glass slider doors and put a wood ceiling up in the sunroom. The results came out just like we envisioned it!!! Highly recommend for any job.

I highly recommend CRC Builders for their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering quality work on time.
I was in a difficult situation when my original contractor abandoned my kitchen and bathroom remodel, leaving behind numerous errors that needed correction and completion. CRC Builders came highly recommended, and they truly delivered on every front.
They maintained the original timeline, which was crucial for me, and ensured that the work site was kept clean, minimizing dust throughout the process. What really impressed me was their proactive approach to creating solutions in order to achieve the desired look I wanted. The workers were very professional and polite, making the entire experience stress-free. I hope to use them for my ADU next year.

Matt and Chris are great to work with! From the start they were very communicative and kept communication all the way through the project. I moved into a home that needs some work done and they renovated the laundry room to help eliminate our dryer vent/plumbing/tiny laundry room issues! I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again for any other renovations in the future!
(Pictures below reflect before and after renovation. Note that the final product does not include the final outcome. They performed the renovation portion only, not the decor portion)
Work performed overview:
- Removed two closets to make room for an expanded laundry room
- Relocated the old dryer vent from garage to the proper dryer vent through the roof
- Relocated plumbing and electrical
- Added in recessed lighting
- drywall and painted all areas affected
- Work took about 4 1/2 days

In April I had my NEIGHBORS tree smash though the roof of my duplex! Displacing one of my tenants and causing extensive damage to the other units storage/laundry room ( completely caved in wall and ceiling) We had to have a crane remove the tree during a storm and tarp off. We hired someone to make plans and get a permit so we could start but 2 months went by and he just kept coming up with lies and empty promises to do it. Thankfully we asked that guy for our money back and then hired CRC builders! They had our permit and work started and was completed in 2 weeks! Before we knew it we had our roof back on before hurricane season, because they made that a priority for us! We were incredibly fortunate to find a trust worthy company to not only complete the work quickly, correctly, legally, but also with a fair price. We will be asking Chris to quote all of our future projects, it’s not easy to find an efficient and honest company to work with.

CRC saves lives. I bought a home online and with the help of a realtor to move my elderly mother into from 3,000 miles away. Two weeks before the move when I showed up and saw the place for the first time the shower scared me. There was a 12” or more step up to get out of the shower. The shower floor was not even with the bathroom floor. I was worried my mother and quite frankly myself would risk a fall coming in and out. In less then a week I contacted CRC, they did the work at a good price and now I do not have to worry about my mom. This was just a quick fix temp repair because we plan on redoing the whole bathroom with CRC in a year but at least in the meantime I have peace of mind over moms safety. Thanks CRC. Cannot wait to do more work with your company.

I met these guys while I was just looking at granite slabs for my kitchen reno.
The personalities sold me. The simplicity in sample selection and design. Project started on a Thursday (finalizing granite selection) and the install crew walked out the door at 11am on a Tuesday, all cleaned up.. perfect work.
I own rental houses, I will use them again!

I’m a flooring contractor/owner of Clark Flooring and have done business for 25 years in the Tampa Bay area. I have worked with hundreds of contractors and CRC Builders is one of two builders I recommend. When I recommend CRC, I feel confident that I will only get great feed back and appreciation for recommending them. It seems these days it’s very difficult to get great quality professional contractors, but CRC builders are doing just that.

Chris and his crew rescued me in the middle of a bathroom project. My original contractor tragically passed away, and was worried about completing the project. Chris did a great job. His guys showed up on schedule and finished when they said they would. They were tidy and reasonably priced. I recommended this company highly.
